What began as the vision of our Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh has now blossomed into a celebration that united hearts high in the Himalayas.
Shangrila Calling 2.0 brought together nature, culture, and community, and even days after it concluded, the gratitude still echoes through Mago Valley.

Our sincere thanks to the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Pema Khandu, the Chief Patron of this festival, whose initiative, guidance, support and constant encouragement made Shangrila Calling possible.

Deep gratitude to Ms. Namgyal Angmo, IAS, DC Tawang, Brigadier Rahul Mishra, Brigadier Rohit Rawat, Shri Leki Gombu, ZPC Tawang, Shri Nawang Sempa, OSD to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri D. W. Thungon, SP Tawang, Shri Hakresha Kri, ADC Jang, and all other dignitaries for their gracious presence, encouragement, and support.

Heartfelt thanks to all the artists who brought life, colour, and rhythm to the valley: Kritika Sharma, Sushmita Sarma, Bhaskar Saikia, Rupam Kalita, Anubhab Bora, Mridul Saikia, Eeshan Adhikari, and Rupankar Das for their soulful performances that filled Mago with unforgettable melodies.

Mago Cultural Troupe, Ama Panden Lhamu Primary Level Federation, Ketchanga Cultural Troupe, Lama Chaksam Wangpo Cultural Troupe, and singers Lobsang Chotta, Gorjee Gyaltsen, and Dorjee Wangchu brought authenticity, pride, and joy to the celebration through their powerful performances.

From showcasing courage and conservation to demonstrating ghee processing and weaving traditional sheep wool garments, a craft now fading but lovingly preserved, each display reflected the true spirit of Shangrila Calling.
