2011 -- India wan 2nd time world Cup after 1983 in England where Kapildev was leader in front. 2nd April in mumbai final We beat next door Srilanka by 6 wts. .Aftet winning the toss Srilanka thrown the target 274/6 in 50 overs. Mahela Joybordhone knocked century & Samgakata 48. Our Jahir khan(10 - 3 - 60 -2) & Yoboraj Sing(10 -0 -49 -2) done good job in bowling side. India quick lost 2 wts in 1st 10 overs score showing only 47. 1st 100 reached 19.3 overs. After 20 overs 105/2.After 40 overs 221/3.Koholi scored 35 of 49 balls. Goutom Gamvir 97of 122 balls missed century unforchunetly. Hero of the match Dhoni knocked 91 not out of 79 balls. Very exciting was last time just 2 runs to win last 4 balls. The Grrat Mahendra Sing Dhoni hitted vast '6' to achive the World Cup for the 2nd time and declaired the Man of the Match. Yoboraj was Man of the Tournament. It is great histrical achivement in Indian Cricket History.
