The Inter School Zonal Level Tournaments for Girls under the age groups of Under-14 and Under-17 were successfully organized at Zone Manjakote under the overall supervision of Zonal Physical Education Officer Manjakote, Sh. Shahnaz Ahmed Ghazi.

The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from various schools of the zone in the disciplines of Volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho and Badminton. The event aimed to promote sportsmanship, physical fitness and team spirit among the students.
All matches were conducted smoothly in a disciplined and competitive atmosphere. Players displayed remarkable talent, dedication and sporting spirit throughout the tournament.

The ZPEO Manjakote appreciated the efforts of the field staff, officials and participating institutions for making the event successful and encouraging girls’ participation in sports activities at the zonal level.

The Inter School Zonal Level Tournaments commenced successfully at the Zonal Headquarters Manjakote under the overall supervision of ZPEO Manjakote, Sh. Shahnaz Ahmed Ghazi. The opening day witnessed enthusiastic participation from various educational institutions of the zone, reflecting great sportsmanship and zeal among the students.

The inaugural function was graced by the Chief Guest, Principal HSS Manjakote, Mohd Araf Khatana, who formally declared the tournaments open and encouraged the participants to exhibit discipline, teamwork, and dedication throughout the competitions. He appreciated the efforts of the Department of Youth Services and Sports in providing a healthy platform for the youth to showcase their talent.

The tournaments featured competitions in Volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and Badminton under the Under-14 and Under-17 age groups for both boys and girls. A large number of students actively participated in the events with great enthusiasm and competitive spirit.

The first day of the tournament began smoothly with league matches conducted in a disciplined and sportsmanlike atmosphere. Officials, field staff, and physical education teachers ensured proper coordination and successful management of all activities.

Speaking on the occasion, ZPEO Manjakote, Sh. Shahnaz Ahmed Ghazi, highlighted the importance of sports in the overall development of students and motivated participants to uphold the values of fair play, unity, and mutual respect.
