After three days of focused competition, disciplined preparation, and performance under pressure, UCC E3 concluded with the announcement of its winnersโ€”students who demonstrated clarity, consistency, and professional readiness on a national stage.

Participants from seven UEI Global campuses competed across multiple rounds, each designed to mirror real industry expectations. From ingredient-led challenges to concept-driven presentations, every round tested technique, decision-making, time management, and composure. Evaluated by experienced industry professionals, the standards remained uncompromising throughout.

UEI Global Education had the honour of celebrating Chef Davinder Kumar at the UEI Culinary Competition (UCC) 2025 โ€“ Edition 3, Pune.

Currently serving as President of the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) and Vice President โ€“ Le Meridien New Delhi Group of Hotels, Chef Davinder Kumarโ€™s lifetime contribution to Indian hospitality has shaped generations of professionals across the country.

UCC E3 2025, he was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award by Mr. Manish Khanna, MD & CEO, UEI Global Education. The moment was marked by a standing ovation from industry leaders, educators, and professionalsโ€”an expression of collective respect for a legacy built over decades.

The evening also featured the launch of his latest book, โ€œThe Romance of Indian Curryโ€, a work that captures the stories, culture, and soul behind one of the worldโ€™s most celebrated cuisines.
