Mr Pandit is in charge of Adventure Activities and Team Building programmes. He did a basic mountaineering course from WHMI, Manali, followed by an advanced course from NIM, Uttarkashi in 1994. Mr Pandit has been working as sports teacher in Muktangan School, Pune for the last 29 years.
