It is an immense honour to introduce Dr. Ashok Pandey-
Listed by the Forbes India 2020 among the 100 Top People Managers, Dr. Pandey has spent more than three decades in the education sector. Presently Director, Ahlcon Group of Schools in Delhi, India.

Dr. Pandey has been a successful school principal, author, researcher and facilitator. He is a recipient of Redefining Institutional Strategy for Excellence (R.I.S.E.) fellowship from the Southampton University, UK. His book “Launch Your Inspiring Principal Leadership” is loved by educators. He led the Indian principals' delegation to the University of Rice, USA, Institute of Leadership Nottingham, UK, Australia and Malta. He represented the school sector in the Indo-Australian Leadership dialogue, Melbourne in 2018.

Dr. Pandey received The President Teachers' Award in 2012 and CBSE Award in 2008. As a member of the Governing Body of the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), he is currently engaged in developing NMM and NPST blue books.

It is an immense honour to introduce Dr. Jagpreet Singh-
Dr. Jagpreet Singh is an eminent Educationist of India. He studied in Ajmer, Rajasthan where he was a gold medalist in the Rajasthan University.

His family runs a chain of hotels in Ajmer and Pushkar, since childhood he wanted to teach and contribute to a child's growth and development.

He believes that a teacher is the most powerful influence on a child therefore he started his journey at Mayo College Ajmer, where he served for 24 years as a history teacher, cricket and squash coach, housemaster and finally Vice-Principal of Mayo College. During his tenure at Mayo College he was a part of the Teacher Exchange Program with distinguished institutions like Eton College, UK and Kings School, Australia Thereafter he moved to The Punjab Public School Nabha as a Headmaster for nearly 10 years and brought laurels to the school nationally. He is the Chairman and Sports Director of IPSC schools.

With his vast experience and knowledge in the education sector, he is now the Headmaster of the prestigious The Doon School, Dehradun.

It is an immense honour to introduce Dr. Sumer Bahadur Singh-
Dr. Sumer Singh is an alumnus of the Doon School & St. Stephen’s College. He received an Honorary Doctorate in Education from De Montfort University, UK.

He taught at St. Anne’s Windermere and Box Hill in England, Gordonstoun in Scotland, the UWC of the Atlantic in Wales and The Doon School, Dehradun. He was Head of School at Lawrence School, Sanawar and Director of Asian School, Dehradun, Daly College and Daly College Business School, Indore. He is currently President of the Boarding Schools Association of India, on the Boards of University, PPS Nabha and Info Beans and on the Council Board of World Leading Schools Association.

He has served as Chairman of Indian Public Schools Conference; as Trustee of Round Square International; and on the Boards of Global Connections, AFS India, IIM, Indore, Indore Cancer Foundation, Management Boards of Lawrence School, Lovedale, Mayo College General Council; and as Advisor to Mayo College Girls School.

He was a member of G-20 schools, Advisor to the Punjab Government, and Vice President of Sutra. He has authored six books and held three one-man exhibitions of oil on canvas. He has designed schools and is currently working as a consultant in the realm of school education.

Dr. Skand Bali has been involved in education since the year 2000. He is currently working as the Head of School at Adani International School, Ahmedabad in the Adani Group. Dr. Skand Bali is setting up the first international school for the group. Previously he worked as the Principal of The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet. Dr. Bali has previously also served as the Principal of GD Goenka World School, Gurugram, served for 12 years at the Doon School Dehradun and 5 years at the Army Public School Dagshai.

Dr. Bali is also an accomplished writer having authored several textbooks in his field of interest, Geography. He has earned his Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Political Science from the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, Master's Degree in Geography from the Punjab University, Bachelor's Degree in Education from the Kashmir University, Srinagar, a postgraduate certificate in education from the Institute of Education, University College London, UK and PhD in Education from the George Washington University of Peace, Florida, USA.

As a person who believes in empowering those around him, Dr. Bali is incapable of promoting something that he does not wholeheartedly believe in. He has a passion for discovering unique and compelling ways in which he can improve his environment and himself.

As the Director of Education of Silver Oaks International Schools in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Visakhapatnam, she assumes responsibility for the learning years of 6000 students in her schools. 3 decades of teaching experience in different geographies of India makes her a lifelong learner.

As an IB Educator and President of the Association for Heads of IB World Schools in India, she blends national and international goals of education in all her endeavours within and outside India.

She started a research centre within the school to develop a curriculum based on cognitive learning. She has developed and published student-centric books in Science, Maths and English for students up to Grade8. And these are used within the 5 campuses she leads.

Inspired by another Gandhian mantra- Sarvodaya, she drives a civic and social responsibility programme in Silver Oaks called ‘Me and My Country, we grow together’. One unique initiative in the CSR is ‘Coins for the Country’ through which the students save and earn coins annually. 1.5 Crore rupees have been donated in the last 13 years for the education of the less privileged.

It is an immense honour to introduce Lt. Gen. Kulkarni-

Lt Gen Surendra Kulkarni has served in the Indian Army for about four decades. He was commissioned into the Armoured Corps in 1975. In recognition of his special contribution, he has been awarded the highest peacetime distinguished service award in the Armed Forces, the Param Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India.

Parallel to his Army career, he has pursued his academic interests. He is an Economics graduate from Fergusson College, Pune. He was a postgraduate UGC Merit scholar before he joined the Army. He has four master’s degrees including an M Phil degree.

He is an alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer. He has been the Director since January 2015. He is currently the Regional Trustee of the South Asia and Gulf Region of the Round Square organization.

She hails from a renowned academic family and is presently serving as Director in the prestigious Ramjas School, R.K. Puram, New Delhi.

She has won many prestigious and coveted awards, including the ‘President’s Award’, received at the hands of the Hon’ble President of India, Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam, for her lifelong devotion to the cause of education.
