For those who’d rather not DIY, chefs from the most popular restaurants and select countries that have a rich culture of barbecuing will be putting out their best selections from their grills, celebrating the diversity that has evolved over the thousands of years that food has met flame. The art of the barbecue has taken diverse forms across different countries and cultures. Various countries and regions across the world have evolved their own deep traditions of the barbecue. The Delhi Cook Out is all about celebrating this diversity by curating the best ingredients, dishes, techniques and chefs from ten countries with their embassies directly involved with the Festival so that the depth of the tradition is fully explored and appreciated by our patrons. Other iconic elements of the countries’ culture, like their music, dance, art and tourism will also be part of the texture that will be presented at the festival.
