Celebrating 25 Years of Culture, Unity & Community Spirit

It was a moment of immense pride and emotion as the *Apatani community of Namsai* marked the 25th year (Silver Jubilee) of Dree celebration at its own permanent Dree ground – a dream realized through collective effort, cultural pride, and unwavering community support.

This landmark event was graced by distinguished dignitaries:
Chief Guest: Hon’ble MLA of Namsai, Shri Chau Zingnu Namchoom
Guests of Honour:Deputy Commissioner of Namsai, Shri C.R. Khampa and Zilla Parishad Chairperson, Smt. Urmila Mancheykun

Their gracious presence and words of encouragement made the event even more meaningful for our community. We are deeply honoured and thankful for their continued support.

We also take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation to the local Khamti community and its respected leaders for their hospitality, generosity, and solidarity over the years. Their friendship has been a pillar of strength in the successful celebration of Dree year after year.
