The Sattal Fishing and Angling Meet

The Sattal Fishing and Angling Meet The Meet is an effort to promote angling and fishing in the lakes of Sattal, this will bring about work opportunities as well as conservation!

Conservation comes from understanding, that a live fish in the lake earns you more than and dead one in your plate. So all fish caught have to be released unharmed. This meet has two divisions, the Competition and the Leisure fishing!! This is a part of the Nainital Winter Carnival, December 28th- 29th 2016.
