On 22nd September 2025, our Chairperson Smt. Ngurang Anung, along with Team Muskan Women Foundation, visited Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Sagalee to interact with the school community and assess the health and well-being of the children.

The visit aimed to understand the health issues faced by the students and explore meaningful ways in which the Foundation can extend support, guidance, and care.

We deeply appreciate the cooperation of the school authorities and staff for their warm welcome and valuable insights. Together, let us strive to ensure that every child receives not only quality education but also the care and attention they truly deserve.

The inaugural 𝗟𝘁. 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗺 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, organized by Muskan Women Foundation, concluded with electrifying energy at Hornbill Futsal Arena, Itanagar.

🔥 In a thrilling final, AABU LUSU Society lifted the Championship Trophy, while FFC Team emerged as proud Runners-up.

The valedictory ceremony was graced by Smt. Karya Bagang Ji, former MLA of 9-Chayang Tajo (ST) Assembly Constituency, as the Chief Guest, and Smt. Kenjum Pakam Ji, former Chairperson of the Arunachal State Commission for Women, was the Guest of Honour.

We were also honoured by the presence of Shri Hayeng Mangfi Ji, Hon’ble MLA, 9-Chayang Tajo Assembly Constituency, Er. Tadar Nyikpu (Executive Engineer, PWD Tawang), who encouraged and inspired the participants.

The event not only showcased the talent and sporting spirit of women athletes but also celebrated community participation and empowerment.

May this beautiful festival bring prosperity, happiness, and harmony to every home. Let us celebrate our rich cultural heritage with pride, unity, and joy.

Wishing everyone peace, good health, and abundance in the days ahead. 🌾

The Solung Festival is the most important agricultural festival of the Adi community of Arunachal Pradesh. It is celebrated in the first week of September, soon after the sowing of seeds, as a prayer for a bountiful harvest, prosperity, and well-being of the community.

The celebration usually lasts for five days, with rituals dedicated to deities of crops, animals, and human welfare. It includes:

Ponung songs and traditional dances, performed by women in colorful attire.

Offerings to deities for fertility, protection, and prosperity.

Feasts, community bonding, and cultural performances, symbolizing unity and gratitude.

Solung is not only a festival of agriculture but also a celebration of heritage, unity, and harmony within the Adi society. 🌿

The program concluded on 30th August 2025 at DK Convention Hall, Itanagar. The grand finale was graced by Shri Pema Khandu ji, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh (Chief Guest), Shri Techi Kaso ji, Hon’ble MLA 13th Itanagar (ST) & Advisor to the Minister (Urban Affairs & Land Authority) (Guest of Honour), Shri Neelam John ji, Chairman, Sports Authority of Arunachal, Government of Arunachal Pradesh (Special Guest) along with several other respected dignitaries who witnessed the spectacular celebration of Arunachal’s Got Talent Season 7!

Our talented youth are the true heartbeat of Arunachal Pradesh. Platforms like Arunachal’s Got Talent not only celebrate their brilliance but also inspire them to dream bigger, believe in themselves, and embrace new opportunities with confidence.
