General Rules
• The tournament will follow a league format; however, if more than 15 teams participate, it will switch to a knockout format.
• Each team must consist of 11 players, with a maximum of 4 substitutes.
• Matches will be played with a tennis ball (Heavy Maruti Ball).
2. Mandatory Team Attire & Fine Policy
• Team jerseys and Sports Shoes are compulsory for all players.
• If any player i
s found not wearing a proper jersey and sports shoes, a fine of ₹500 will be imposed.
• The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring that all players comply with this rule.
3. Player Conduct & Discipline:
Use of Slang or Abusive Language, chewing gutkha, consuming alcohol, and smoking cigarettes are strictly prohibited within and around the ground.
• First Offense: The Player will receive a warning.
• Second Offense: A fine of ₹500 will be imposed.
• Repeated Offenses: The player may face suspension from the match or tournament.
• Respect for Umpires & Opponents: Any misbehaviour or argument with umpires will result in a 5-run penalty for the team. Any physical altercation will lead to immediate disqualification of the player and possible team suspension.
4. Match Rules
• Toss: The toss-winning captain decides whether to bat or bowl first.
• Innings Duration: Each inning consists of 20 overs or 90 minutes, whichever comes first.
• Powerplay: First 4 overs: Maximum 2 fielders outside the 30-yard circle.
• After Powerplay: Maximum 5 fielders outside the 30-yard circle.
5. Batting & Bowling Rules
• Maximum Overs per Bowler: A bowler can bowl a maximum of 4 overs.
• No Ball & Free Hit:
• Overstepping the crease, high full toss, or multiple bounces will be called a no-ball.
• A Free Hit is awarded for all No Balls (except height-based No Balls).
6. Tie & Super Over Rules
• If the match ends in a tie, a Super Over will decide the winner.
• Each team will have 1 over with 3 batsmen and 1 bowler.
• If the Super Over is also tied, the winner will be decided based on: Most boundaries in the match & fewest wickets lost.
7. Fielding & Wicket-Keeping Rules
• The wicket-keeper cannot bowl in the same innings.
• Substitutes are only allowed for genuine injuries, subject to umpire approval.
• Minimum 4 fielders inside the inner circle at all times.
8. Match Scheduling & Walkover Rules
• Teams must report 30 minutes before the match start time.
• A team must have at least 8 players present to begin the match.
• If a team is not ready 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the opposing team gets a walkover victory.
9. Points System
• Win: 2 Points
• Tie (Without Super Over): 1 Point each
• Loss: 0 Points
• Rain-Affected Matches: If less than 5 overs are played, the match is abandoned.
10. Prize & Awards
• Winning Team: 2 Lakhs Cash Prize + Trophy
• Runner-Up: 1 Lakh Cash Prize + Trophy
• Man of the Series: Scooty + Trophy
• Man of the Match (Each Match): Cash Prize
• Orange Cap: Highest run-scorer award
• Purple Cap: Highest wicket-taker award
11. Tournament Guidelines and Registration Details
• Team Registration Fee: ₹15,000/-
• Registration Form Fee: ₹200
• Advance Payment for Registration: ₹5,000 (non-refundable and mandatory for confirmation)
12. Important Dates:
• Last Date for Registration: 18th May 2025
• Lottery Draw & Official Photoshoot: 20th May 2025 at Nyokum Ground, Sagalee
13. Instructions for Lottery Day:
• Both the Team Manager and the Team Captain must be present at the lottery draw.
• The Team Captain must wear the official team jersey.
• An official photoshoot of each Team Captain will be conducted during the event.
14. Player Verification Requirements:
• Every player must attach a photocopy of their Aadhaar Card with the registration form.
• Players are required to carry their original Aadhaar Card for verification before each match.
15. Weather Contingency Notice:
In case of continuous heavy rainfall during the tournament, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to postpone matches or reschedule the tournament in the interest of safety and fair play.
16. Tournament Format:
• The tournament will be played on a league basis.
• If more than 20 teams participate, it will be conducted on a knockout basis.
17. Submit Your Official Team Flag
• Each team must submit one official team flag to the Organizing Committee.
• Dimensions: 2.5 ft (Length) × 1.5 ft (Breadth)
• The flag will be used during the opening and closing ceremonies, media interactions, and other official displays.
• Teams must also carry a copy of the flag to every match for on-field representation.
18. Submit Your Club Logo
• Teams are required to send their official club logo in high-resolution document format via WhatsApp to the number mentioned below.
• Logos will be featured in promotional posters, digital media, and match-day graphics.
19. Tournament Logo – A Badge of Honor
• All teams are required to print the official tournament logo on their team jerseys, positioned on the right side of the chest.
20. Eligibility Criteria
• All players must be at least 33 years old and permanent residents of Arunachal Pradesh. However, each club or team may endorse up to three non-APST players from outside the state, who must also be 33 years of age or older.

Note: Only non-APST residents of Sagalee Circle are permitted to register their club for this tournament. They must be 33 years of age or older and are required to submit a valid Voter ID card as proof of residence.
