Mumbai Ultra : The 12 Hour Run If you love running and believe in ‘wellness over illness’, then August 15, is
the day you must The run will be held on Independence Day from 5am to 5pm.

The run is based on the concept of Ultra runs or marathons that are conducted across the globe. An ultra-marathon is any race longer than the classic marathon distance of 42.195km. The Ironman Triathlon, 6693 Ultra, A Jungle Ultra and Badwater Ultra Marathon, to name a few. The route of the run will be from Shivaji Park-Worli Sea Face-Mela restaurant and back, which would be 12km. Those running fo

r 12 hours will be running in a loop for 12 hours. A runner will be called a participant only if he/ she completes 12 hours. Those runners, who leave midway will be termed as supporters.

The long holiday weekend meant that many regular donors of the MU Blood Donation Drive got deprived due to their outstation travel plans.

No worries, we have extended the Drive till 31st August 2023.

All those wishing to donate blood or even platelets may seek an appointment directly with Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. Details shared in the flier.

Goodie bags and customised MU Blood Donation Certificates will be handed over after each successful donation.
