At The Nyka Experience, we recently brought to life a Channel Partner Meet in Khopoli for .in new project unveiling.
The venue was an on-site hangar, a complete blank canvas. What it needed wasn’t just event setup, but structure and intent. We transformed the space end-to-end into a fully branded experiential environment, with defined guest flow, striking facades, and a stage designed to hold attention while anchoring the brand narrative.
With 200+ channel partners and guests walking in, the focus was simple, make the project feel real before it’s even presented.
For the reveal, we handed the stage to an illusionist, turning the pricing announcement into an engaging moment the room could experience, talk about, and remember long after they left.
