Planning a wedding is so much more than putting together beautiful functions. It’s understanding a couple’s vision, taking care of the details they shouldn’t have to worry about, looking after their guests and making sure that when the celebrations finally begin, they can simply be present.

For Megha’s Mumbai wedding, that journey began while planning from overseas and went all the way to welcoming family and friends flying in from around the world.

But one of the most rewarding parts?

Hearing that the guests noticed it too ,that they appreciated the wedding, enjoyed the experience and went home with beautiful memories.

A guest list from around the world. And for many of them, their very first Indian wedding 🇮🇳✈️

Our bride was born and brought up in the UK, had lived in Nigeria while our groom was an NRI from London. When it came time to get married, she knew she wanted to come back to India -to stay connected to her roots and celebrate surrounded by her parents family and friends.

But this wasn’t just about planning the wedding.

From the very beginning, the couple trusted us to manage the journey from start to finish.

We helped them shortlist and book the hotel, assisted with the decorator and other vendors, coordinated the wedding planning, ex*****on and managed the many moving parts that come with planning an NRI wedding from overseas.

Almost 40% of the guests were visiting Mumbai for the first time, which meant their experience started long before they arrived at the venue.

Our team assisted guests with visas, flights, hotel stays, Mumbai recommendations and onward travel across India, while booking and coordinating approximately 200 rooms,450 Guest at Grand Hyatt Mumbai for the wedding celebrations.

And then came the part we loved watching - guests from around the world experiencing an Indian wedding for the first time.

The colours. The dancing. The traditions. The celebrations. The chaos in the best possible way. ❤️

They didn’t just attend a wedding in India.
They experienced India through the wedding.

This is what NRI wedding planning means to us. It isn’t only about managing the functions -it’s about making the entire journey seamless for the couple, their families and every guest travelling across the world to celebrate with them.
