The National Students’ Film Festival (NSFF) 2026, organized by the National Art Forum (Rashtriya Kala Manch), concluded successfully in an electrifying and creative atmosphere at the University of Mumbai.
From the perspective of ABVP, this festival was not merely a cinematic celebration, but a powerful platform to channel the creative energy of students towards nation-building through art, culture, and storytelling. It reflected our commitment to nurturing young talent and providing them with meaningful opportunities to express themselves.
The inaugural session was graced by renowned filmmaker Shri Ravi Udyawar and distinguished advertising expert Shri Raj Kamble, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Famous Innovations. Their insights into the world of cinema and creative industries deeply inspired the participating students.
The valedictory session witnessed the esteemed presence of Shri Maharsh Shah, Creative Director at Birla Studios; Shri Ashish Chauhan, National Organization Secretary of ABVP; Shri Ankit Shukla, All India Head of Rashtriya Kala Manch; Shri Tarun Rathi, Vice President of the Film Development Council; Shri Sunil Patil, Director of Student Welfare; and K*m. Soumya Chaware, NSFF 2026 Convenor. Their guidance and encouragement reinforced the importance of cultural leadership among youth.
Throughout the festival, a series of engaging masterclasses were conducted, offering participants valuable insights into filmmaking techniques, career pathways, and creative vision. Eminent speakers from across the country shared their experiences, motivating young filmmakers to pursue excellence with responsibility and purpose.
The screening of outstanding films added vibrancy and depth to the event, showcasing the immense talent and diverse perspectives of students from across Bharat.
