In the same spirit mourn not the death of a runner who dare to rise above the rest and chase distances that can only be conquered by the spirit not the body.

Lalu Lal Meena, was such a runner. An amazing, selfless human being who with his humility and accomplishments rose so high as to naturally draw admiration and respect.

He has completed his run and merged with the divine. Finally!

Based on the calls and messages that we have received regarding Chambal Challenge 2021 I can say that this one event is on top of every runners list. This is despite our announcement that we would not be hosting Chambal Challenge 2021.

It was a difficult decision you would agree as Chambal Challenge is very close to all IRCians heart.

Respecting that feeling and your connection as hosts of Chambal Challenge we will have a CC Commemorative Run 21K on the CC2021 scheduled day i.e. first Sunday the 3rd January 2021.

This is not a scheduled event - just a self supported run from Garadiya Mahadev to Boraabaans.

After being confined in doors for almost the entire year, I think, we all will benefit with some time in the lap of nature.

Social distancing and pandemic protocols will be a priority of course.

You can also make a Team of your family with everyone running a part of the distance as a relay to commemorate the day.

If you are joining the run please do add your name in the following list so that we can better coordinate the run.
