ComCof is finally here!

As we step into the 10th year of Été Coffee, we’re kicking things off with something special — a coffee community gathering built around learning, sharing, and celebrating coffee together.

We’re opening this event to only limited participants for a focused and meaningful experience.

Featuring:
• Our special Thutshe Coffee
• Experimental Sourdough Coffee
• Live discussions & knowledge sharing
• Coffee cupping and process conversations
• Community interaction across the coffee ecosystem

Registration details are in the flyer. Secure your slot.

We’re excited to see you there.

ComCof (noun)
/ kəm-ˈkɔːf /
Short for Community Coffee — a collaborative coffee-focused gathering or platform where farmers, roasters, professionals, and enthusiasts come together to share knowledge, demonstrate processing methods, cup coffees, and promote open resource-sharing within the coffee ecosystem.

Été team at our Research Farm

The art of roasting makes so much more sense when our hands are also in the soil, harvesting, sorting, pulping, drying, and understanding every variable nature gives us.

Being present from cherry to roast helps us read the beans better:
• When to push sweetness
• How to protect acidity
• How to bring out the terroir of Nagaland’s highlands

This is where craftsmanship begins, not in the roastery, but on the farm. From the land, to the hands, to the cup.

Walking into Été Brewery today gives you the OG vibes.
