Basic technique - Straight shot in a walking position

Run-up movement

Put the right shoulder forward
Lift the ball
Take a flat second to last step as a crossover step
Swing back straight
Throw stance

Slightly bend the shooting arm
Put the hand behind the ball
Direct your toes to the goal
Direct your left shoulder and left hip into the shot direction
Slightly bend the leg in walking position
Throw movement

Shift your weight to the leg in walking position
Advance hip and shoulder of the throwing arm
Maintain elbow in front of the ball at shoulder level
Smashing’ arm move
Stretch the body
