TMA Jayaram Naidu was born to Sri. Adhikesavalu Naidu and Srimathi. Rajammal on 1/08/1921. Today is his 100th birthday. We, his grand-children, have great pleasure in remembering him on this day. TMAJ is remembered by several families of our Musugu Balija community, for making their life secure. During the entire period of his role as the Jeeviya Trustee of the Musugu Balijakula Chathiram, he was highly committed to the betterment of our community. He helped and guided several young men to attend colleges for further education and to secure govt jobs. TMAJ also was a mentor and a living example for all youngsters of his time. We remember Thatha as a fun loving person. He was a sportsman too. Thatha had an impressive collection of books, which induced love for reading in me, when I was a little girl.
We are very proud to be his descendants.. he continues to inspire us to live awesome lives and to contribute to the community.

Hi dear community members..
We thought it would be good to share information about our elders.
Thiru Dhonathi G Vemanna Naidu has kindly shared what he knows about the first Jeeviya trustee of this chathiram, Thiru Dhonathi T M Adikesavalu Naidu, who is in the profile photo of this page.

I humbly request other members to send their family histories for everyone to read. Thank you in advance.

Given below is his account :-
Our branch of Dhonathi family begins with great-grandfather Thiruvathipuram Munusamy Naidu. He had two sons Adikesavalu Naidu and Rangasamy Naidu. Rangasamy Naidu had one son and Adikesavalu Naidu had five sons and one daughter. Our great-grandfather Munusamy Naidu and grandfather Adikesavalu Naidu were generous and helped the less fortunate. They also donated lands for public use like village Panchayat. The present Cheyyar market also belonged to them and later donated for public benefit. Grandfather Adikesavalu Naidu gave land for dwelling to the very downtrodden community people to live. He also built Perumal temple which is called now as Adikesavaperumal temple in the street, named the same. They owned several lands and businesses such as buses, cinema theatre, rice mill and offered livelihood to many people and several families depended on them.
The family and their descendants remained prominent in Cheyyar, for a few generations.
