Indian weddings often get labeled as ātoo extravagantā, but thereās another side we donāt talk about enough, every celebration supports hundreds of livelihoods, from decorators and caterers to makeup artists, musicians, photographers, drivers, and daily wage workers; this isnāt about encouraging anyone to spend beyond their means (always celebrate within your capacity), but for those who can afford it, their spending isnāt just indulgence, itās someone elseās income and opportunity, so maybe instead of judging, we can start seeing the ecosystem it sustains. š
