Kids Marathon

Apart from the activities and sports organized in the event, a Kids Marathon is also

being organized by AU Financers and Ryan International School, where the kids will be

segmented under age group of Under 12 , Under 14 & Under 18 according to which

they will cover a distance of 2 Km, 3 Km and 5Km respectively. and fitness amongst the people of Jaipur. The event (Aao Khelein) is being held with the

objective to create a general awareness, nurture interest in various sports, and promote

health & fitness amongst the society at large and to encourage the participation of the

citizens of all age groups to promote different sports which are available in their own

city at the magnificent SMS stadium. The basic idea is to block one of the major road in

the city for any vehicular access and various sports activities and games will be

organized on that road in public interest for all age groups. It will be an open event and

every citizen of the city is welcome with their families to spend their Sunday morning in

a healthy way.

Fun filled work outs at variance,
Amidst thousands of people's curious glance
where souls sing and bodies groove,
Perfect for those with strong will and positive attitude,
for a fit body and a healthy mental habitude!!
Bearing this in mind, more than 10,000 people participated in the event "Aao Khelein" by Rajasthan State Sports Council and Shree Cement Ltd to run, play, dance, draw, learn and most importantly enjoy their Sunday morning!

Zumba was created by Alberto “Beto” Perez, an aerobics instructor in Cali, Colombia, when he forgot his workout music for a class. He improvised with some salsa and merengue tapes he happened to have in his backpack, and the class was an instant hit!
