From the core of my heart, I am very much thankful to all my office bearers of Nyokum Yullo Golden Jubilee Celebration Committee Toru-2023, without their support this celebration wouldn’t be practically possible.
My especially thanks to Chief Patron Shri Nabam Tuki, HMLA-cum-Former Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, patrons and advisers for their constant guidance and valuable suggestions during course of management and preparation.
