Manipur Team for 22nd National Masters Aquatic Championship 2026, Haryana

Date: 8th September, 2026

I am pleased to inform that the Manipur Masters Aquatic Team will be representing the state of Manipur at the 22nd National Masters Aquatic Championship 2026, to be held at Champion Aquatics Academy, HL City, Sector 37, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, from 11th to 13th September, 2026.
A total of 32 players and 2 officials from Manipur will be participating in this prestigious National Championship. The team will leave Imphal on 9th September, 2026 for Haryana.

Manipur Swimming Association extends a hearty and proud welcome to our Champion on his triumphant return.

We celebrate his outstanding achievements that have brought immense pride to Manipur:

At 52nd Junior National Aquatic Championship, Bhubaneswar 2026:

At 12th Asian Age Group Swimming Championship, Bangkok 2026:

Manipur Swimming Association extends its heartiest congratulations to Mr. Laitonjam Lanchenba, pride of Manipur, for his outstanding achievement at the 52nd Junior National Aquatic Championships, 2026, Bhubaneswar.

Lanchenba delivered a fantastic performance, clocking a Personal Best of 2:03.73 in 200m Butterfly and winning the with an excellent swim and a big step forward in his career.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that his timing of 2:03.73 is faster than the 2nd-place time in the U-19 (Group I-A) category, proving his exceptional talent and bright future at the national level.

Manipur Swimming Association is immensely proud of his dedication, discipline and hard work. We congratulate his coach, his parents and all who have supported him in this journey.

We wish Laitonjam Lanchenba many more laurels and success in the upcoming championships and hope he continues to bring glory to Manipur and the Nation.

The Manipur Swimming Association extends its heartfelt congratulations to Laitonjam Lanchenba for winning the Silver Medal in the 50m Butterfly event at the 52nd Junior National Aquatic Championships 2026, clocking an impressive 00:25.73 seconds.

This outstanding achievement has brought great pride to Manipur and reflects his hard work, dedication, and determination.

The Association also etend our appreciation to Shri Maibam Purnachandra Singh, Coach-cum-Manager, who is leading the Manipur team, parents, and supporters whose constant encouragement continues to inspire our young swimmers.
