Telangana Bengali Film Festival

Telangana Bengali Film Festival TBFF is an annual film festival held at Hyderabad for the huge diaspora of Bengalis who have made the city of the Nizams their home

Telangana Bengali Film Festival (TBFF) Aayna is an annually organized event since 2018. It seeks to join the dots by screening Bengali and Non-Bengali films under a single banner. This is primarily organized by Hyderabad Bangalee Samiti, the oldest Bengali Association in the twin cities of Telangana, in collaboration with other sister concerns, namely - Uttarayan, Utsab, Cyberabad Bangali Associat

ion (CBA), and Uttaran Bangiya Samiti. The best of Bengali and non-Bengali cinemas are curated for this festival and witnessed by masses of Hyderabadi Bengalees. These events are attended by the cast, director, and producers of the films screened (short films included) followed by Jury reviews, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions where the floor is open to all. Last by not least, a chance to meet the stars, and interact with them, and a fun-filled event!

During TBFF 2019, among a galaxy of stars who descended on the venue, Rahul Arunoday Banerjee shone as one of the brightest!
He was friendly with the crowd, captivated the audience with his speech and promised to return with a new movie soon!
But the good die young and promises are meant to be broken!
You will be missed Rahul! Rest in movies πŸ™
