Vinayak, who comes from Panjim, one of the most beautiful cities in India, started Vinayak Decorators back in 1982, when he was in his twenties. But things were never easy when he started. Vinayak started taking individual work and with his vigorous effor
ts, succeeded in getting various decor projects like Goa Shigmo floats (tableus) and Wedding decor in Hotel Taj. There has been no looking back since then. With hard work and consistent quality, we achieved our next milestone: Contracts from Goa Government. We got the honour of decorating the floats in Goa Government Carnival, which is Goa’s most famous festival since the 18th century. As success started knocking the door, we soon started wedding planning, and also started dealing in fireworks. The awesome journey still continues, as our team is growing day by day. As Swami Vivekananda once said,
“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life – think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.”
