We witnessed two very interesting matches between Zealous Trailblazers and Mighty Mavericks held on 28/01/2020 and between Zealous Trailblazers and Occult Thunder held on 30/01/2020.In both the matches the losing side was Zealous Trailblazers. Mighty Mavericks won by 44-36 and Occult Thunder won by a point, 57-56. With three consecutive loses, Zealous Trailblazers are just on the edge to be thrown out of the league.
The main scorers from Zealous Trailblazers' side were Sanket Vadhvana and Vishal Soni.
In Mighty Mavericks the highest scorer was Hansraj Bijarnia and in Occult Thunder it was Yash Makwana.

The first girls match between Scintilla Jazz and Frenzy Fireflies was quite one-sided(held on 26th January). Scintilla Jazz dominated Frenzy Fireflies and won by 35-27. Aditi Gera showed her shooting skills and Sakshi Kabra ran many fast breaks. Vagisha was a rebounding beast in the paint. Anushka Vashishtha was the top scorer from Frenzy Fireflies.

The second match between the Golden Griffins and Zealous Trailblazers was great!!!! Golden Griffins led the path to victory with an amazing game showcased by Faheem Shanavas and the controlling skills of Naman Singh. Zealous Trailblazers graced the court with a persistent attitude and gave a tough fight to the opponents with Sanket Vadhvana and Manvendra Singh topping the score sheet.

The fifth edition of IBL started with a bang on 21st January!!!!! After the wonderful opening ceremony, we witnessed a thrilling match between Occult Thunder and Mighty Mavericks. It was a neck to neck fight but Mighty Mavericks won the match by the last-minute basket of Mohit Gadhwal. Occult Thunder might miss Sanjay Venkitesh in further matches due to injury.
