Overview of Objective
The objective is to develop an upscale convention complex suitable for holding large or small meetings, conventions, conferences, and social and cultural assemblies, special high impact entertainment oriented events, trade shows, consumer shows and other events. It is proposed to take up this project on Operations & Maintenance mode, wherein the Operator will arrange to

run and manage this Complex into a reputed convention centre, with his own investments. In addition, the Operator shall also be required to develop other allied facilities for Club activities through membership program to support and sustain the project. The operator shall also be expected to operate and maintain the whole Premises and make necessary arrangements to make the project financially viable and sustainable. It consists of following facilities:
- Multipurpose Community Hall for 1200 (approx.) pax seating capacity, with Front & Rear Foyers and Kitchen.

- Stage with Main Curtain / Back Curtain (Cyclorama) / Projection Screen, Computer Light System with Basement & Green Rooms.

- Memorial/Exhibition Hall & Two Club Halls of ample capacity with Children Playroom.

- Restaurant/Kitty Party Hall with Kitchen/Pantry and Coffee Shop at First Floor.

- Un-finished Structure at First Floor & Second Floor for future extension
as Club House.

- Provision for future extension at 2nd Floor for 15 Rooms accommodation, Dining Hall and Kitchen.

- Open Party Plot for 2000 pax

- Capsule Lift

- Electric connection from PGVCL of 225kva
- Fire fighting system
- Security system with CCTV • Landscaping
