Based around t
he theme of 'The Other Side', Ainaa 2017 will focus on stories that are left on the fringes by mainstream media because of corporate and consumerist compulsions. By combining online platforms with face to face communication and interactive strategies, Ainaa 2017 will showcase seven innovative projects as part of an endeavour to develop new media practices that take into account the existing technological divide in India. It will be accompanied by a media seminar where eminent journalists debate, discuss & deliberate on the topic “Changing Media Landscape: The Blurring of Lines between Mainstream and Alternative Media.”
This is where the best in Journalism and Media is brought to the table and made sense of by journalists and students alike.
