This year the Indian school of business and finance proudly presents to you our annual inter-college festival Xenia 2023 Kaizen! The Japanese proverb Kaizen encompasses the spirit of continuously striving for the better and celebrating the imperfections and struggles made along the journey. And with this, we welcome you to join us in celebrating life, flaunting our flaws, inspiring to be inspired

for Xenia weaves together disparate and fragmented events linked by a common thread- Celebration of Love. Complacency is the archenemy of Kaizen, so let us not view hurdles & setbacks at their superficial values and apply quick fixes in life whilst pretending all is sterling perfect. Hop onto the bandwagon as we together, set out to redefine perfection & paint our flaws golden, making mistakes along the way but taking back only joy and lessons from them. Xenia 2023 awaits you in all light and glory where we forge our Kaizen path with a pocket full of hope, courage, and love.

Our Story

Xenia, is a celebration of life, and has been ISBF's flagship college festival since the institution's inception in 2012. The festival has left its footprint on society throughout the years, with themes like Mahabharata, Peace, In the age of technology, Sustainable development, etc.

The last year and a half have shed away the bitterness towards homosexuality, which has been deeply rooted in India's culture and cinematic portrayals alike. The demeaning definition of sexual engagement by homosexuals being ‘against the natural order’ has been thrown out of the window, with a landmark hearing by the Supreme Court through the abolition of Section 377. Having our theme as 'Rises with Pride' therefore, only seems relevant as we celebrate this expansion from the village-like enclosure of thought, mind and spirit. Xenia, as its own exotic sound suggests, is an amalgamation of disparate and disjointed events linked by a common thread - the celebration of love.

Xenia 2019 is where Bulls meet Bears, Arijit Singh meets Coldplay, Frank Underwood meets Gaitonde, and yes, finally, Homosexuality meets Justice. Like it deserves.

With our model stock market simulation or topical debates, and our flagship events like Step Up and Muses, this year also, we at ISBF will try to push our boundaries promoting the diverse talents students possess and reach greater heights.
