Served on a banana leaf, the spread features fragrant black pepper rasam, paniyaram, Kerala red rice, avial and a generous serving of jaggery payasam. And no meal is complete without a comforting cup of South Indian filter coffee.

Presented by India Habitat Centre and HUDCO. To Commemorate the 150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram. Woven with the grace, discipline and expressive power of Bharatanatyam, the performance transforms every movement into an offering of devotion and every rhythmic beat into a tribute to the spirit of the Nation. Enriched by the immediacy and emotional depth of live musicians, the production celebrates India’s invaluable cultural heritage, orally transmitted for thousands of years, now inscribed in the Memory of the World (MOW) by UNESCO, the sacrifices of its freedom fighters, and the enduring ideals of beauty, nature’s bounty, unity and nationalism.
