3-rounds
Each round is of 30 seconds to showcase their productivity and employability.
Questions will be asked by Interviewer, like-CEO, HR manager etc.
Answers to be given by participants and show their best to beat.

HRUday, official HR club of CoMES, successfully conducted 'Call The Shots', an event that tested the participants' ability to apply their aptitude and skills to real-life corporate dilemmas and navigate through twisted enterprise proceedings... HRUday Club of CoMES, UPES, brings to you ‘CALL THE SHOTS’, an event that will test your general aptitude and knack of handling convoluted dynamics of work-place.

Top 15 Participants clearing a ‘06 minute’ written round will be grouped in teams (comprising of 3 members) and will be given a real-time problem based on corporate significance on the day of event, to which, the participants will have to ‘Call their Shots’ on.

The members will have to study the problem and come up with a feasible solution and will have to present their rationale before the judge.
