I am a humble, modest choreographer—but I am a seasoned veteran. I know how to cook up a performance to perfection and how to truly satisfy the audience. I am Monty Kumar—choreographer and organizer—and I am the driving force behind this 'Revolution Dance War.'

Team Leader & Head Choreographer –
*Monty Kumar ji*

Leading the team is our Team Leader and Head Choreographer, Mr. *Monty* Kumar ji , a highly respected and versatile dance choreographer with over 28 + years of experience in the Dance field. The owner of *Monty’s School of Dance, Dehradun* , Monty ji has been actively involved in dance since 1998 and is a proud student of Mr. *Daniel Edwin* sir. With a strong vision to spread love for dance, he has completed more than *28 years* of teaching and continues to mentor and guide new generations of choreographers. He has choreographed numerous events, and many students from his batches now successfully run their own dance studios, contributing to the dance community he has built—while still remaining closely connected to him.
👉🏻*Experience*

1. Being one of the oldest members here , Monty has been a choreographer at in 20+ schools including his experience at Olympus High School where he has been a teacher for 7 years .

2. He has choreographed 50+ annual days for various schools and organisations including Reserve Bank of India annual day in 2024 and ONGC ladies club annual functions from 2014-2024.

3. He has choreographed 2 YouTube song videos - one with Mumbai team including celebrity videographer Amjad Sheikh and one with Haryana team - both yet to be released on YouTube

4. He has also hosted 2 dance battles seasons of Pareeksha UK07 Dance battle - whose winner Nepo represented India in Germany in Hip Hop Category and was also a part of
India’s Best Dancer Season 4

5- From *2009* to 2026,
Monty' s School of Dance and their team have successfully worked at all *ONGC events* .

• He was a part of the ensemble cast of National Award winning Yash Raj film “Dum Laga Ke Haisha”.

He is one of the Indian cast , in the sequel of the internationally acclaimed, Hollywood documystery series called ‘Where Are We Now”, co- staring Ms Kiran Dubey and directed by John Henry Richardson.

17 May ko stage par main akela nahi naach raha hoon, mere saath naach raha hai mera bachpan ka sapna, meri raaton ki mehnat aur mera dance ke liye pagalpan. Dance mere liye ek 'escape' nahi, balki 'arrival' hai—khud tak pahunchne ka raasta. Taiyaar ho jaiye, kyunki 17 May ko energy sirf stage par nahi, aapke dilon tak pahunchegi.

"Dance ek aisi bhasha hai jo duniya ka har shaks samajhta hai. Main yahan aapko dikhane nahi aa raha hoon ki main kitna accha naachta hoon, main yahan isliye aa raha hoon taaki hum sab milkar is pal ko jee sakein. Kyunki jab sangeet shuru hota hai, tab na koi choreographer hota hai na audience... bas ek rhythm hoti hai. So, let the magic begin!"
