As a registration process, we request you to conform your participation through mail. kindly fill the registration form (sent as an attachment) and players id card Xerox copy and hand over with your payment to our visiting personnel. Kindly ensure the payment is paid on or before the extended last date i.e 04 July 2015 by Cash/DD/Company's cheque in favor of "Corporate Sports Council" payable at Chennai. Pls inform 24 hours in advance for payment collection through cell or mail.
