Harinder Aulakh, a respected mentor, guide, and pillar of the canine fraternity in Chandigarh, left for his heavenly abode on 3 March 2026.
Harinder ji was not merely associated with dog shows — he was their spirit and strength. As a mentor to the Chandigarh Kennel Club, he played a defining role in nurturing the culture of responsible breeding, ethical showcasing, and genuine love for pedigree dogs in the region. His guidance shaped countless enthusiasts, handlers, and breeders, many of whom credit their journey and success to his wisdom and encouragement.
A man of quiet authority and deep knowledge, he carried immense passion for the canine world. His presence at dog shows was reassuring — firm yet kind, disciplined yet compassionate. He believed that excellence was born out of care, patience, and integrity.
Beyond his contributions to the Kennel community, Harinder ji was known for his warmth, humility, and generous spirit. He built not just events, but relationships, and leaves behind a legacy of mentorship, friendship, and respect.
His absence will be deeply felt across the Chandigarh dog fraternity and beyond. The void he leaves behind cannot be filled, but his legacy will continue to guide future generations.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and the entire canine community.
May his noble soul rest in eternal peace.
