On the 3rd day of the Inter-School Kho-Kho and Table Tennis competitions for U/17 girls at Government High School Dewanbagh, the sports ground turned into a battlefield of talent, energy, and determination as participating teams competed with great enthusiasm and zeal.

The event witnessed active participation from various government and private schools of the zone. A total of 14 teams comprising around 210 players participated in the competitions, displaying remarkable sportsmanship, discipline, and competitive spirit throughout the day.

The programme commenced with a message and pledge against NMBA, followed by an awareness talk highlighting the importance of physical fitness and sports in daily life. The session encouraged students to actively participate in sports and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

The tournaments were conducted smoothly under the supervision of the departmental officials and field staff. At the conclusion of the competitions, the winners and runners-up were awarded certificates in recognition of their outstanding performances.

On the 2nd day of the Inter-School Kho-Kho and Table Tennis competitions for U/17 boys at BHS Dewanbagh Baramulla the sports ground turned into a battlefield of talent, energy, and determination as participating teams competed with great enthusiasm and zeal.
The event witnessed active participation from various government and private schools of the zone. A total of 15 teams comprising around 220 players participated in the competitions, displaying remarkable sportsmanship, discipline, and competitive spirit throughout the day.
The programme commenced with a message and pledge against NMBA, followed by an awareness talk highlighting the importance of physical fitness and sports in daily life. The session encouraged students to actively participate in sports and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Department of Youth Services And Sports Zone Baramulla under the supervision and guidance of the dynamic DYSSO Baramulla,today kick-started the Inter-School Kho-Kho and Table Tennis tournaments for U/14 and U/17 boys and girls at Government High School Dewanbagh.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from various government and private schools of the zone. A total of 11 teams comprising around 170 players participated in the competitions, displaying remarkable sportsmanship, discipline, and competitive spirit throughout the day.
The programme commenced with a message and pledge against NMBA, followed by an awareness talk highlighting the importance of physical fitness and sports in daily life. The session was delivered by Senior PEM, who encouraged students to actively participate in sports and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
The tournaments were conducted smoothly under the supervision of the departmental officials and field staff. At the conclusion of the competitions, the winners and runners-up were awarded certificates in recognition of their outstanding performances.

Department of Youth Services And Sports Zone Baramulla successfully concluded the Inter-School Volleyball and Kabaddi competitions for U/17 boys and girls on 16-05-2026 at BHS Dewanbagh Baramulla
More than 260 students from Government and Private schools participated enthusiastically in the event, showcasing sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork throughout the competitions.
The programme commenced with the pledge under the NMBA campaign. Later, Mr. Fayaz Ahmad and Smt. Sandeep Kour delivered brief speeches highlighting the importance of NMBA and the role of sports in character building, physical fitness, and overall development of students. They also interacted with participants regarding various aspects of the games.
The competitions were conducted smoothly in a vibrant and competitive atmosphere. In the concluding ceremony, the winners and runners-up of both Volleyball and Kabaddi events were awarded certificates in recognition of their performance and participation.
