People often ask what separates an entrepreneurial mindset from the rest.
For me, it comes down to two things — constantly spotting opportunities, and having the courage to act on them before you feel fully ready.
This time, with F2F, we’ve made a conscious decision — to actively lean into every meaningful opportunity that can help us grow the brand.
Be it networking meets, investor pitches, asking better questions, stepping into uncomfortable rooms, thinking bigger, or saying yes to panels and larger stages.
One such moment was pitching to investors in Mumbai last Tuesday. I showed up with the best preparation I had at that point in time — not perfect, but committed.
What I’m realising is this: growth doesn’t come from waiting to feel confident. It comes from saying yes despite self-doubt, and building confidence through action.
The focus now is simple — continue showing up, continue stepping up, and keep saying yes to the right opportunities that stretch us.
