Hello everyone and hello to world class India officials.

Here is my entry to the world class cocktail competition 2025.

"A Nostalgic Garden Whisper"

It is a tribute to the timeless lessons and nurturing hands of a mother. The ingredients symbolize the vibrant memories of childhood when she guided you through the garden, teaching you how to cultivate mint, each leaf carrying her wisdom and love.

The tequila represents the boldness of her encouragement, urging you to grow and explore life. The fresh chili mirrors her fiery determination, a reminder of her strength. Ruafza, with its floral sweetness, evokes the warmth of shared moments those afternoons when she shows you how to tend the plants with care. The mint, of course, is the heart of it all, connecting the present with those cherished days. Finally, the salt air floats atop, much like her voice lingering in your mind, a soothing echo of her guidance.

Sipping on this cocktail is like stepping back into the garden, the aroma of mint and the gentle breeze carrying her laughter. It’s a celebration of growth, gratitude, and the roots that keep us grounded.

Fresh green chilli
Fresh mint
Lime

Garnish:Blacksalt and mint air with mint dust on top.

Konnichiwa floks,

Today I am gonna present my highball cocktail which is called

"Long live haiboru"

The name of the cocktail is driven from the culture ,balance, and simplicity of the people in Japan where they live longer compare to other country.

The cocktail embodies those principle through it's harmonus blend of dewars 15years with Apple and touch of acidity
The dewars 15years also represent the age and wisdom where the Apple vinegar and Maple syrup add the complexity and balance to my drink kuch like way traditional japanese people's practices..
