Together we’ll drink sacred Cacao, open our hearts, and dance the wave of 5Rhythms®️, celebrating rebirth, connection, and inner strength. 🌱🔥Cacao - “the drink of the gods” - awakens the heart and deepens our movement, guiding us into presence, joy, and pure flow. 💖

💃 What is 5Rhythms®️ A dynamic movement practice known as the mother of all conscious dance. Through five universal energies, we unlock the body’s wisdom, calm the mind, and let the soul speak through movement.

🌿 Guided by Tomasz Szymocha, Accredited 5Rhythms®️ teacher and pioneer of dance Cacao ceremonies in Poland. With roots in Berlin and Poland, he teaches internationally - now offering his work in India for the first time, after years of sharing in Europe. Founder of BioRezydencja, a holistic retreat centre in the mountains.

🪶Dear friends, we are very excited to announce the first Ecstatic Circle event in Arambol!

Ecstatic Circle is an international project and nomad tribe that last four years organizes unforgettable journeys full of joy, creativity and cohesion.

Our journey will start with blue lotus 🤎Cacao ceremony guided by Lars

Combination of two power plants will switch your attention from thinking process to deeper experience of sensations and energy flows.

On the next phase of the process we will jump into contact games and movement warmup guided by Shailpik and Prashant, that will bring you to the state of children's boundless joy and tomfoolery and will help you break the ice and feel even more secure in the circle of other dancers.

Warmup will smoothly transition to Ecstatic Dance set driven by fantastic DJ duo Loveria and FireDancer Shakti and Shiva, water and fire, love and passion🌹 The synergy and talent of these guys will fill your dance journey with a full range of feelings and emotions.

For the sound-healing we also have a very special program, we will do the secret heart opening practice accompanied with sound journey by group of incredible musicians and singers: Eugene (handpan), Oleg (duduk, percussion), Laure (vocal) and Nata (vocal). Angels will sing for you this night!

🔥The fireplace jam, will be the icing on the cake, time for free flow chanting, playing and hugs, a lot of hugs.

We inspire you to experience this journey from the very beginning to the end and we are sure it will be unforgettable.

No experience necessary, just come with an open heart and a willingness to move!
