Did you know? Prawn shells are edible! 🦐
They can be blended into a rich gravy that perfectly complements a great prawn dish.
This shell-based gravy enhances the taste, texture, and aroma, adding deep seafood flavour.
Care should be taken to finely blend and sieve the gravy for a smooth finish.
Note: Not suitable for people allergic to shellfish or seafood.

Visakhapatnam is taking a major leap in India’s digital infrastructure race with the development of a new AI-powered Edge Data Center and Open Cable Landing Station (CLS) by Sify Technologies

The ₹1,500 crore project, coming up on 3.6 acres in the Rushikonda–Madhurawada IT corridor, is expected to position Vizag as a key global digital connectivity hub on India’s east coast.

The 50MW facility will strengthen subsea cable connectivity between India and Southeast Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia while boosting AI computing and cloud infrastructure capabilities.

The project is also expected to generate over 1,000 jobs and accelerate Vizag’s transformation into a major data center and technology destination.
