Date: 6th of January 2019. (Sunday)
Reporting Time 5:30am,
Flag off Time 6:00am sharp
Venue: Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Auditorium, Rajpath club Lane

So clear up your head, pull up your socks and get ready to hit the road. This event has three categories:

1) Running 6kms and cycling 25kms (Duathlon) (Eligible age: 18+)
2) Cycling 25kms (only) (Eligible age: 18+)
3) Running 6kms (only) (Eligible age:12+)

Male: Open Catagory
Female: Open Catagory

All participants must need to sign waiver form, hence bib will only be given out to participants only and not to anyone else.

During the event, All riders are required to conduct themselves in a civil manner and abide by all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

PLEASE NOTE, RUNNING OR CYCLING ON ROAD IS AN RISKY ACTIVITY, HENCE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE TRAFFIC ON THE ROAD.

CYCLONE CYCLING CLUB, AHMEDABAD DISTANCE RUNNERS OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND THEIR ASSOCIATION, OFFICIALS AND VOLUNTEERS CANNOT AND DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT or THEFT, THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE COURSE OF THE EVENT.

THE RULES OF THE GAME ARE:

1. Helmet is Mandatory for all participants. NO HELMET NO RIDE.
2. For Duathlon and only Cycling, Participants age must be 18+
3. For only Running, Participants age is 12+, Parents must accompany kids below 18 yrs.
4. No Spot Registration.
5. Please carry your own Water Bottle for Cycling.
6. Please come with bike lock, to lock your bikes while running, organisers will not accept any responsibility in case of damage or theft.
7. Please attempt only if you are physically and mentally up to it.
8. Waiver Form to be signed when collecting bib no.

Please note that no participation will be allowed unless the above is in order.

Let’s come together to build a stronger and responsible society. Ahmedabad Duathlon 2019 event is aimed to promote fitness and spread awareness about traffic. Entire money received from participants will be donated/ used for traffic & safety awareness drives.
