To be completely honest a lot of people think that I’m either...⠀
⠀
a) the food police 👮 ⠀
b) someone they feel the need to confess all their food “sins” 🤭⠀
c) going to judge them for what their eating 📉⠀
⠀
None of those are true. In fact, those things couldn’t be farther from the truth.⠀
⠀
My role as a registered dietitian nutritionist is to help you unlock the power to lasting change. Not dictate what I think you “should” be doing. ⠀

This is why I focus on⠀
⠀
a) Helping you add foods to your diet. Because when we focus on negative things that’s all we see. 🌮⠀
⠀
b) Find the path of least resistance and build on the healthy habits you already have. That’s where you’ll find the most success with long term change. 📈⠀
⠀
c) Taste is just as important as nutrition and that’s why bowls are my most favorite meal prep methods because it’s easy to get both! 🥣⠀
