Intriguingly, during a recent conversation with a relative, I was asked “How do you feel knowing that you didn’t achieve your set goals for the year?” ...long pause

Appreciate the small things in life! family time, home cooked meals, board games, video calling, learning things that you always wanted to, quality me time, doing things you did as a child, reading a book, learning a new recipe, home gardening! Whatever it is that makes you happy and brings in positivity think about those little things and be grateful for them! Be grateful for the time you have right now to do those things and feel the happiness! The times might be difficult but the time you are getting right now will never come back so make the most of each moment and live life!
