🧬🤖 Large scale biological data and generative models transforming research

This discussion focused on how Gen AI can support the interpretation of complex biological systems, accelerate discovery cycles, and create tools that allow scientists to test ideas in ways that were not possible before.

Dr. Michal Rosen-Zvi, Director of Healthcare and Life Sciences at IBM Research and Chief Scientist at the CC IBM Discovery Accelerator, presented a view of how advanced modeling can guide experimentation, shape therapeutic development, and support decision making in environments defined by enormous biological variability. The session highlighted the importance of strong data foundations, scientific rigor, and collaborations that bridge research, industry, and computational innovation.
