We regret to inform you that due to damages caused by the current storm, we are forced to close the Jingle Bell Express Experience and Wicklow Christmas Market for today, December 7th.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. It is our priority to ensure all of our structures are completely safe before we re-open. We will update this page once we know more. The safety of our staff and our guests is our priority.

If you have created an account with us when booking your tickets, you can easily go into your account and change your booking free of charge.

Due to the storm warning and the need for safety checks, we regret to inform you that all Santa visits tomorrow Saturday 7th December until 2pm will be re-scheduled. This is to ensure the safety of both our staff and clients. Please keep an eye on our social page for updates as we will assess any damage done and will give an update as soon as we can.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. All appointments will be rescheduled at no additional cost. All appointments affected will be contacted directly to reschedule.
