HELL & BACK JUNIOR - THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!

We’ve got two huge days of Hell & Back Junior action coming to Bray this weekend:
- Sat 5th Sept - Junior 7KM (ages 10+)
- Sun 6th Sept - Junior 4.5KM (ages 8+)

Parents/ Coaches - the Event Plans for BOTH days are now live and linked in our bio. Please make sure you read the correct plan for your child’s event before travelling.

⚠️ They include important course updates due to the impact of the drought conditions over the past few months, plus parking and arrival information.

📩 Event info has also been emailed - check your junk/spam folder if you can’t see it.
