Our Story
The Polish Community in Waterford invites you to the unique venue for their delightful arts & crafts and gingerbread man workshops. Admire Christmas decorations, knits, jewellery, handbags, scarves, toys, beeswax candles, hand-painted glass, ceramics, Christmas cards, beautiful wall art and much more handcrafted by local Polish artists and craftspeople. Discover your inner child while taking part in the Gingerbread Man workshops, where you can have fun by rolling dough, cutting shapes, baking and then decorating your own gingerbread cookies. It's a great family activity that leaves lots of sweet memories.... and a bag full of gingerbread. In 2017 we've introduced Arts+Crafts Workshops where you will prepare your own Christmas tree decorations & handcrafted Christmas cards! The Cinema corner will be showing old Polish cartoons, all day. Two other stands will be serving traditional dinners and desserts. Entry is free. Arts & Crafts Workshops €6pp Gingerbread cooking classes €10pp Workshops run every hour on the hour. To avoid disappointment pre-book your space at the very busy workshops by calling Kris at 085 782 8210. Opening hours: 3.00 pm - 6.00 pm (weekday) 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm (Saturday) 12 noon - 6.00 pm (Sunday).
