🏃‍♀️ WHY ENTER OUR 5K?

You might think a 5K is “just a run”…

But sometimes having a date in the diary is exactly what we need to get moving 💚💛

Maybe you’ve been doing a Couch to 5K and need something to work towards.

Maybe you’ve been saying “I really must get back into walking/running” and this could be the little push you need.

Maybe you could make it a family challenge — parents, kids, grandparents… run it, jog it or walk it together and celebrate crossing that finish line side by side. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Maybe you could get a few work colleagues together and turn it into a bit of fun and friendly competition. 👟

Maybe you’re simply looking for a fitness goal to keep you motivated over the next few weeks.

Or maybe, and just as importantly, you need some time for YOU.

Getting outside. Moving your body. Having something to work towards. Getting away from the everyday noise for a while.

You don’t need to be fast.

You don’t need to be experienced.

You don’t even need to run the whole thing.

You just need to start. ❤️

And on Saturday 26th September, we’d love to see you on the start line in Aughagower.
