The best wellbeing days don't happen in a hotel function room. 🌿

The Enva Ireland team brought their annual Wellbeing Day to Ballintubbert House and Gardens — and this is exactly what we had in mind when we designed this space.

Set across 14 acres of Ireland's first certified organic ornamental gardens, just one hour from Dublin — Ballintubbert is where companies come when they want their people to feel something different.

Culture and wellbeing days are one of our specialities. If your team deserves a day like this, let's talk.

Happy Earth Day from Ballintubbert! 🌍🌿
Sustainability isn’t a trend at Ballintubbert; it’s been woven into the fabric of this place long before it became a buzzword. From the hand-pulled weeds in our organically certified gardens to the blackbirds who have been on slug patrol here for years, caring for the land is just what we do.
But as the world changes, we believe it's important to put our commitments down in writing and keep pushing to do better. Today, we are proud to share our official Sustainability Policy—a document that captures what we've always believed and sets clear targets for where we're headed next. We are custodians of a place that has been here since 1725, and we are simply looking after it for the next generation.
Swipe through to see our promises, which include:
🌍Sourcing a minimum of 70% of our food ingredients from Irish suppliers.
🌍Aiming to divert at least 90% of food waste from landfill.
🌍Running on 100% green electricity and Bio-LPG.
Keeping our cosy fires fuelled by wood grown right here on the estate.
🌍Tending to Ireland's first organically certified ornamental garden.
Luxury and environmental care have always gone hand in hand here.
If you'd like to read the full policy, drop us a line at [email protected]. Because this isn't a destination; it's a journey, and we want to keep getting better. ✨

Imagine starting your strategy day with a walk through 14 acres of organic gardens.
Breakfast from ingredients harvested that morning.
A morning session in a light-filled space with no interruptions.
Lunch prepared by a chef who knows every supplier by name.
An afternoon that's genuinely productive — because the environment demands it.
This is what a Ballintubbert corporate retreat looks like.
We work with leadership teams, HR directors, and EA's across Ireland and beyond to design retreats that are as carefully considered as the work you're doing inside them.
Exclusive use. Bespoke programming. Uncompromising quality.
One hour from Dublin. A world away from the ordinary.
