Timetable for Sunday
Sun will shine from 9am!!!!!
1pm Registration and Smiles Commence
1pm DJ will set the mood
1.45pm Ms Motivator will warm you up Zumba style
2pm 5k Runners Start
2.15pm 2km Runners Start
2.30pm Walkers - 2km or 5km
Chill out afterwards with DJ, Food on site and Cool Down Area. Take some time out to have a look at the photos that our resident photographer Michael takes and if you like them you can order on the day.

Stradbally Hall Estate, Co. Laois will host a different type of Picnic this weekend when Laois Pony Club will take over the estate, by kind permission of the Cosby Family, for their annual club fundraiser. Update.. Registration will take place at 1pm on June 1st. DJ will hit the stage at 1pm also and we have a fantastic Miss Motivator to warm you up, Zumba style. We have your picnic sorted for you too with gourmet food vendors on site, so you can chill out after your run. Looking forward to seeing you all next week.

When entering through Run Ireland, why not use the option to create your own team with your friends? You'll get a small extra discount plus we'll have a special prize on the day for the team with the most members. The "team" can be a running club, walking group, schoolfriends group, club group, couch 2 5K group, group of mammy or daddy friends, workmates... whatever you choose. Remember early bird prices available until May 15th only.
