With the Rural Youth calendar in mind, we celebrate mental wellness for all this October. Laois Macra would like to invite you to a panel discussion ‘Be well, stay well’ featuring special guests on Friday October 18th at 8pm in Mountmellick Macra hall. We will discuss tips and tricks for minding ourselves in this busy pace of life, establishing boundaries, juggling workload and the non-negotiables of self-care. Can you guess the guests? 👑 ⚽️ 🐄

All Ireland Farm Skills 2022 🏆🎉🍻Well done to John , Liam and Cian for taking first place in the all Ireland farm skills final on Sunday.
Special thanks to all who came and showed support throughout the day . Thanks to AgriSpec Grasstec and Brennan Fencing Ltd for sponsorship . plenty of late nights training involved showed it paid off!!
Thanks to the Barber family also and Dan Delaney for allowing us to use their farms as a playground .A great day out for all involved and well organised by Macra na Feirme.
